Project Management Services
Gsolutionz Project Management includes all facets of complex enterprise voice and data applications. We have the ability to work with minimum supervision and handle critical and stressful situations. Gsolutionz will ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality goals. We develop project plans, schedules and, objectives and are responsible for creating and maintaining successful alliances with key project stakeholders. In addition, we resolves project issues and manage the internal resources, deliverables and milestones. We also focus on budgetary items associated with the project as well as developing or provide key input into business cases for follow-on projects and business. In order to ensure successful projects, we perform risk assessment and develop risk mitigation plans associated with projects. Lastly, we ensure projects are conducted using quality principles and appropriate development methodologies. -
Our Responsibilities:
 Meet with customers, employees, partners and analysts to evangelize the product, to monitor the marketplace, and to remain at the forefront of product features and technology. Help develop key accounts, definitional customers and references to support the product and strategically important capabilities.
 Collaborate with business development and product marketing teams to conduct research for new business opportunities, product strategy, and market requirements. Develop business plans for complex or significant proposals for the product line, including the formation of various degrees of partnership with necessary technology providers.
 Define product requirements based on customer input, market trends, competitive intelligence and knowledge of applicable technologies.
 Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of product creation: help develop project plans, pricing and packaging strategy, shipment criteria, beta and field launch plans, and ongoing support and end of life plans.
 Contribute to the creation of sales/marketing plans and collateral: competitive analysis, demos, presentations, case studies, value proposition messages, etc.
 Support field personnel such as sales, professional services, technical support, and partners.
