Avaya Overhead and Wireless Paging Systems deliver a comprehensive platform of paging options-including superior wireless paging capabilities. The powerful line of Avaya paging solutions helps you create, organize and deliver the live and pre-recorded announcements you need to disseminate information, locate staff, and handle emergencies quickly and securely. The system incorporates tone signaling and environmental music capabilities, and the familiar alphanumeric format makes training easy. The wireless paging function offers rapid, on-site paging capabilities to support and compliment your overhead audio paging system.

The Overhead and Wireless Paging line comes to you in four product categories.

Amplifiers

The Avaya power amplifier line offers a wide range of amplifier power. From the small, 10-watt paging/music amplifier to a powerful 1,200 watts, Avaya power amplifiers can drive practically any size speaker zone you may need.

Paging amps at 10, 35, 100 and 250 watts have voice and music inputs, along with a night-ring feature. Automatic Level Control helps ensure consistent page volume with different levels of user voice. Except for the 10-watt amplifier, each of these paging amps also includes a feature that enhances voice-paging intelligibility.
Power amps at 600, 900 and 1,200 watts are designed for clean, stable high-powered needs. They have built-in, two-channel (voice and music) mixing capabilities, and are suitable for applications from paging up to stadium/arena and live sound reinforcement. They also incorporate superior protective circuitry, unique "Backslope Regulation" and "Sleep" modes allowing them to work at full rated power even when voltage fluctuations occur. Moreover, when not actually broadcasting a page or music, they draw minimal current.

Loudspeakers

Avaya paging loudspeakers support some of the industry's most reliable speaker products and offers a comprehensive range of speaker solutions. From workhorse ceiling speakers and industrial horn loudspeakers to foreground music speakers-ideal for situations where paging and music are required-the Avaya line of paging loudspeakers can accommodate almost any paging/signaling/music you need. The unique, Easy-Install loudspeakers are suitable for both paging and background music, and look at home in any ceiling.

Interface/Control/Specialty Feature Devices

The Overhead and Wireless Paging Systems include a solid platform of feature devices that support a wide variety of critical paging functions.

The Universal Paging Access Module device acts as an interface between your paging system and any telephone system.
The PCM zone paging equipment allows paging up to 99 zones, and up to 32 group zones. It includes emergency override, time tone signaling and emergency tone signaling.
The Multiple Digital Message Unit allows pre-recorded, digitally stored messages to be played at either the beginning or the end of a page.
The Call Stacker, for use in busy paging environments, stores pages and plays them through the paging system once an existing page is completed.
The Ambient Level Controller senses noise in an area and raises/lowers paging system volume appropriately.
The Feedback Eliminator stores pages, and plays them back once the caller has hung up the handset. This eliminates feedback in situations where handsets cannot be placed far from paging speaker locations.

APS Series Automated Paging System

This unique wireless on-site paging system lets you send a numeric or pre-programmed alphanumeric message to any pager within your facility. This belt-pager system is ideal for situations requiring rapid, confidential communications to employees, visitors, and security/emergency workers. This system allows you to integrate audio and wireless paging in one single system.
