DV4 offers all the features of the larger DV2000 but in a smaller package. With Unified Messaging, 4 ports of voice, 1 port of fax, 225 mailboxes and 500 hours of storage, DV4 is a great match to PARTNER ACS. Since DV4 is located outside of the KSU, you have room for one more station card than with the OEM solution, allowing for a larger ultimate phone system capacity.

DV2000 provides a larger network integrated messaging solution. VeMail Unified Messaging for voice and fax mail are available on this platform. Several third party solutions are available on DV2000 as part of our Hosted Solutions program - consolidating applications on one platform saves time, space and money. Now even PARTNER users can afford unified messaging solutions.

NetSatisFAXtion family of inbound / outbound fax server products from FaxBack is one of the Hosted Solutions applications available on DV2000. Subscribers can send faxes straight from the desktop without a dedicated modem and analog telephone line.

CASH the full featured call accounting package is another third party service hosted on DV2000.

VeMail is what we call the unified messaging features of the DV2000 family of products. Voice messages are copied as compressed .wav files, faxes are converted to .tif files files - both are attached to SMTP e-mail messages and delivered to recipients for them to open on their PCs. VeMail works on any network, with any E-mail service and requires no special client software or seat licenses. Unified messaging has never been easier, or more affordable.

VS Ensemble for Hospitality is the cost effective solution for hospitality applications on PARTNER. This system provides extensive hotel / motel features at an excellent price.

InnServer also hosts optional Check Inn PMS and Call Inn hospitality call accounting from InnSoft making an all in one box solution for your hospitality applications. (Note: there is no integration between the PMS and PARTNER phone system)

MediServer version of DV2000 or DV4 gives medical practice offices a powerful applications with identifiable ROI.

Patient Reminder reads from a copy of the clinic's database to call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments.

Test Results lets patients identify themselves and access results to recent medical tests.

VS Ensemble offers features unavailable on PARTNER Messaging to provide two queuing solutions for PARTNER installations.

Simple Queuing: Calls can be directed to one of three ringing groups. Unanswered calls are returned to a voice mailbox related to that group where callers may be automatically returned to the group or given other options. Callers will not necessarily keep their place in line.

Supervised Queuing: The voice mail system supervises calls directed to the queue group. In the event that no agents are available, the system will advise the caller of their place in line, and the expected queue time and will play a music on hold program with periodic announcements.

Self service" features include an IVR application on DV2000 that enables callers to find dealers by entering their zip.
