1. If we are under existing maintenance or warranty, can we upgrade to ESP?
- Yes! You can upgrade to ESP today.
2. How can we use ESP if we have block time or other pre-paid services?
- Your Account Manager will configure your ESP investment and credit your pre-paid services.
3. How can ESP help us in an earthquake, fire, flood or other disaster?
- Two key features of ESP are Systems Programming Backup (if your system is capable) and Priority Equipment Shipment. These two features combine to take your down time from days to
hours in the case of
a catastrophic event.

4. If we think we have a problem with our phone lines, should we still call the phone company?
- No! With the ESP ‘third party management’ feature, just call the ESP Hotline (877-ESP-7887) and we will manage the trouble to resolution. No need to deal with the phone company!
5. How can ESP help us with cell phone, internet, or telephone company costs?
- ESP is a Professional Services offer that includes a connectivity audit review. With this service we review your telephone, cell phone and internet billing and services to make sure you are getting
the best possible value for these investments.

- Yes! In most cases most ESP features apply to most customers. Your Account Manager can help you with the details.
