Allen Pugh
CEO

With over twenty-two years of telecommunications industry experience Mr. Allen Pugh heads up Gsolutionz, Inc., the largest Avaya Business Partner serving small and medium sized business in the Western Region. During his career, Mr. Pugh, a veteran telecommunication executive, has worked in the capacity of senior level executive for Pacific Bell, AT&T, and Lucent Technologies. Most recently, Mr. Pugh held the position of President of CompuWave Inc. of Santa Barbara a technology company specializing in LAN/WAN, telecom, and data communications.

Mr. Pugh offers a broad background in sales, marketing, technology strategy, hardware, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Web based technology and has significant expertise in customer service and support. He oversees a leadership team for direct sales, marketing, and operational functions. This executive team has been providing communications solutions for over 20 years to Fortune 500 Corporations, small and medium size businesses, Government Agencies and Educational Institutions.

Chuck Galvin
Chief Technologist

With over twenty-three years of telecommunications industry experience Chuck holds the distinguished position of Complex Multi-locations Applications Sales Consultant. During his career Mr. Galvin has achieved technical expertise in convergent technologies that range from voice and data integration to IP Office applications specialties. His self-motivated thrust for technical knowledge is not surpassed in the industry. He is in the forefront of high-end technological advances and is superior in his ability to translate this information into layman terms for customers. His ability to demonstrate the advantage of technology to customer is only surpassed by his enthusiasm to know everything there is to know about the products and services available today that help customers. His approach is to provide solutions that help a business run effectively and efficiently with cost controls that benefit the ROI.

Most recently, Mr. Galvin was the founder and Chief Technologist of CompuWave’s telephony division, creating that group in 1997. CompuWave Inc. of Santa Barbara a technology company specializing in LAN/WAN, telecom, and data communications.

Mr. Galvin is the third generation in his family to work in the telecommunications field. Chuck has been in telephony since 1979 and has had leadership positions with Pacific Telephone, Executone & AT&T. Mr. Galvin is a shareholder in Gsolutionz and is committed to customer satisfaction.

Ian Pugh
Director of Sales

With over 9 years of telecommunications experience, Ian Pugh leads the Gsolutionz sales team. He started his telecommunications career in a technical role until transitioning into a sales consultant position in the early 2000's. Since then he has honed his skills as a technology consultant and has become regarded as an expert in emerging technologies.

Ian spent the earlier part of his career serving Ventura and Santa Barbara counties before he relocated to San Francisco to open and manage the Gsolutionz Northern California branch office. Ian's ability to understand the needs of his customers and recommend solutions that maximize employee efficiency and reduce spending has allowed him to become a highly successful trusted advisor in the California business community. Ian Pugh is also a shareholder of Gsolutionz who is dedicated to delivering expert solutions to Gsolutionz customers.

Technical Support

Throughout the years, hundreds of companies have depended on Gsolutionz to provide, install and maintain their telecommunications and Data equipment. As a service to customers, Gsolutionz has a fully certified staff of engineers, which carry credentials as Avaya Certification in VOIP integration, AS Computer Science, PC Support/Network Management, and TIA Convergence Technologies. In addition, we have engineers certified in Sonicwall Security Administration that support customers in various applications and system design of networks.

Overall, the technical staff of Gsolutionz surpasses over 50 years of experience. Our engineers have backgrounds that range from previous experience at AT&T, Lucent, Avaya, and working for companies that specialized in the integration and maintenance of NEC 2400 Ericsson Digital Wireless Office systems. In addition, we have experience specializing in wireless/cell, switched, dedicated, remote access and video services.
