Sales Consultant - Telecomm & VoIP Hardware/Services

Gsolutionz Incorporated is now hiring for Outside Sales / Communications Consultants in the San Francisco, Orange County and Ventura County areas.

Gsolutionz is a telecommunications/data consultant and a certified business partner of Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft, and several other leading telecom/networking hardware providers. Our customers are small to medium sized businesses (SMBs) that are looking for ways to improve the functionality and features of their business telephone system and/or data network. We were recently named Avaya’s top west coast business partner, have over 25 years of industry experience, and have installed over 10,000 telephone systems in the U.S.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for growing revenues in the Northern/Southern California territory through the sale of hardware, post-warranty maintenance agreements, and network services. Top performers will have the opportunity for unlimited career advancement. The job will include the following responsibilities:

- Daily prospecting to existing customer base and new companies
- Scheduling and executing on-site consultations and product demonstrations
- Building and maintaining a sales pipeline
- Forecasting monthly revenue expectations
- Creating equipment configurations and proposals
- Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly revenue goals
- Attending industry networking events

Requirements:

This is a very entrepreneurial sales position. Consistent and long-term success is dependent upon your commitment to daily prospecting (40-50 calls per day), your ability to identify opportunities and effectively communicate the value of our products and services to a potential client. Ideal candidates will possess these qualities:

- An interest in technology and learning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentations skills and the ability to conduct meetings
- A drivers license, vehicle, and the ability to travel locally
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Cisco Voice/Data Engineer

Gsolutionz Inc, a Certified Cisco Partner, is seeking a Cisco Data/Voice Engineer to join our team. This exciting and challenging job opportunity will involve designing, developing, and implementing integrated data/voice solutions utilizing Cisco's latest unified communications technologies. Projects range from small to medium size for a wide range of business sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience deploying Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Call Manager Express, Unity Express and Cisco UC500. Experience with unified messaging integration with Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003 preferred.

Education or experience:

- Current CCIE Voice or CCVP certification preferred
- Cisco CCNA
- Cisco CCDA
- MCSE
- WAN/network fluent: POTS, ISDN, MPLS, SIP
- 3 years plus Cisco voice and IPX solutions
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience working with Cisco Call Manager, Unity products and minimum 7 years hands-on experience designing, implementing, and support complex data networks.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

Requirements/Skills:

Design practical and cost effective IT solutions that meet customer needs. Upgrade, install, configure, test, and support Cisco's Unified Communications Solution, including:

- Call Manager
- Cisco Unity
- Cisco Call Manager Express
- Cisco Unity Express.
- Cisco UC500

Job Description:

• Configure and install IP phones.
• Install, configure, and test Cisco Solutions.
• Have strong knowledge of Cisco networking (routing and switching).
• Conduct needs analysis with clients to identify their critical business issues.
• Gather pertinent data and inputs from the customer site and research possible solutions.
• Support the sales team by developing technical requirements for the solution.
• Provide engineering design and implementation of IT solutions for customers.
• Lead the team to implement and test the solution.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and other implementation team members
• Maintain knowledge base and offer innovative ideas that will enhance our solutions.
• Prepare presentations for client meetings.
• Meet with vendors and evaluate product and service offerings.

Additional Skills:

- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to manage several tasks simultaneously with few mistakes and complete them on time.
- Applicant must maintain a high level of professionalism with customers, vendors, and staff.
- Be willing to travel locally and between L.A. and S.F., (we reimburse mileage)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills necessary
- Excellent Customer Service friendly attitude
- Attention to detail

Other:

This position requires travel throughout the Ventura, Los Angeles and San Francisco areas.
Candidate must provide own transportation and proof of insurance.
