Gsolutionz Inc. announced today that it has been named a Silver BusinessPartner by Avaya Inc. (NYSE:AV) a leading global provider of communications networks and services for businesses.
The Silver certification indicates Gsolutionz Inc. has met a series of rigorous criteria to ensure superior technical competency and to deliver best-in-class customer service and support as measured by an independent survey organization.
Gsolutionz Inc. sells Avaya communications systems, design and implementation services to businesses across the Western region of the United States.
One of many customers that has benefited from Gsolutionz Inc. superior service and technical support is People Support Inc. of Los Angeles, which provides offshore business process outsourcing services from outsourcing centers in the Philippines. With an Avaya Communication Manager platform backed by Avaya media servers and gateways, People Support can accommodate increased calling volumes and provide better customer service.

Customer satisfaction ratings of 85 percent or higher.
Certified employees who have completed courses and passed a rigorous exam to earn the designations "Avaya Certified Associate" and "Avaya Certified Specialist." Avaya has one of the industry's leading programs to certify technical professions in converged voice and data networks and applications, including IP telephony.
