Announced May 2004 Gsolutionz Inc. announced today that it has been named a Silver BusinessPartner by Avaya Inc. (NYSE:AV) a leading global provider of communications networks and services for businesses. The Silver certification indicates Gsolutionz Inc. has met a series of rigorous criteria to ensure superior technical competency and to deliver best-in-class customer service and support as measured by an independent survey organization. Gsolutionz Inc. sells Avaya communications systems, design and implementation services to businesses across the Western region of the United States. One of many customers that has benefited from Gsolutionz Inc. superior service and technical support is People Support Inc. of Los Angeles, which provides offshore business process outsourcing services from outsourcing centers in the Philippines. With an Avaya Communication Manager platform backed by Avaya media servers and gateways, People Support can accommodate increased calling volumes and provide better customer service. The Avaya BusinessPartner certification program has three levels of distinction - Silver, Gold and Platinum.
